The four bedrooms (each with their own private bathroom) plus a powder room are all laid out for maximum privacy and decorated for supreme comfort. Garage for two vehicles, surf boards and other beach accessories. The home accommodates a maximum of 8 adults and a total of 12 people (up to 8 adults and 4 children).

This home is perfectly situated on the quiet end of Jaco Beach, but only minutes to the local restaurants, nightlife, shops, spas and casinos for which the lively beach town of Jaco is known. The luxurious Los Sueños Resort & Marina with championship golf, spas, 12 restaurants, casino, Marriott Hotel and more are all merely ten minutes away. World-class sport fishing and surfing are two attractions of the area.
