Fees for buying my place are almost non existent Since my place is owned by a Honduras corporation ( I own all the stock) You are not buying any property. You are buying a Corporation. The corporation owns the property. No charges for that except the price of the stock. You do have to pay a attorney $30,000 to replace me as the President of the Corporation and make you the President. That is how easy it is. Most attorneys will not tell you about this way as they do not make as much money in fees.
