The house : First floor, one livingroom with citchen,two bedrooms with fans in the ceiling, one toilet w/shower.
Second floor, hall, one bedroom, one toilet w/shower, balcony with a fantastic ocean view ( 180 degree ).
There is no sofa or stressless, no TV or cable ( yet ).
We spend 90 % of the time we are awake outdoor, so comfort in the livingroom has been no priority.
The furniture are made of heavy wood ( expensive ! ): to big tables with 10 chairs, lockhers etc..
The fridge and stove are Electrolux
There is no decorations so the new owner will have to decorate in his own style.
All rooms got tiles on the floor.
Outside , patio ( tiles ) on three sides with 180 degree stunning ocean view.
220 voltage, own well on property, own sewertank on property.
The property is very peaceful with one of Brazils best beaches outside the gate.
Miles after miles with white sand, and most of the time you have it for you self.
This is something for people that do not need an nightclub or bar next door ( thou it is only a few minutes to Canoa Quebrada where it is bongo bongo all night long ).
The house has been modified last year with new paint all over etc..
My advice is to hire the family next door/ or a handy man to keep an eye ( keep it tidy )while you are not using it.
This will cost you approx. usd 100,- a month, all after what deal you make.
