There is no decorations so the new owner will have to decorate in his own style.

The property is very peaceful with one of Brazils best beaches outside the gate.
Miles after miles with golden sand, and most of the time you have it for you self.

You can also build a swimmingpool if you like.

This is something for people that do not need an nightclub or bar next door ( thou it is only a few minutes to Canoa Quebrada where it is bongo bongo all night long ).

To get the house ship shape it will take approx. USD 2000,-
A house so close to the beach demands more yearly maintenance, not much, but some.

My advice is to hire the family next door/ or a handy man to keep an eye ( keep it tidy )while you are not using it.
This will cost you approx. usd 50,- a month, all after what deal you make.
