Paradisian Caribbean Resort For Sale

Vecchia Toscana Resort is a turistic village built in the beach of Livingston in Guatemala. Its a 1 hectares land beachfront in the caribbean sea. It has many independent constructions that it makes it a little turistic village. The constructions are being done from the 2007 untill today. We are still working in the very last construction to end 100% our inicial project.
Even though we are alredy working as a hotel and restaurantfrom a while, we work with national and international tour operator and we are published on the rough guide of Guatemala. The restaurant is very appreciated and is in the best restaurants of Livingston. This place is one of the only two luxury hotel in this area.
Livingston is a very turisitc village that you can only arrive from water beacuase of the jungle and rivers, its visited because of its good ambience, music, and local celebrations.
The construction has been done in armony with nature leaving it untouched, from the restaurant construction there are 2 palms inside the construction that passes trough the rough.
The pent-house apartment is on the 3rd and 4th floor of the hotel construction, it has 2 terraces with views of the Bahia de Amatique, kitchen, livingroom, studio, bathroom and 3 bedrooms, one bedroom is the 4th floor and it has its own terrace.
All of the constructions has been designed and made by italians arquitects and ingeneers, they are all anti-sismic.
