This resort is a fusion of first class hotel with the tropical nature. It is composed of independent constructions with gardens, which makes private spaces. Its constructions are a unique design built under Italian principles of construction but with the tropical touch. With open spaces, windows and door made of local woods, roofs of palm, and everything surrounded of nature. An ambience studied to be ideal for chilling and well-being.
The resort is advertised in the rough guide and we work with national travel agencies. It has not being advertised as needed because the owners aim, as a constructor, is to build and sale or rent to people interested in make it work. And the main hotel construction has been recently finished.

Livingston, Izabal:
Maybe Livingston is the best touristic destiny of Guatemala. It has beaches with clear water and white sand, palms and exuberant nature. It also has jungle, the wonderful Rio Dulce´s canyon, lagoons and rivers with plentiful flora and fauna. At the mouth of the Río Dulce, Livingston is only reachable by boat, since there are no roads to connect it to the rest of the country. There are some cars on the streets in the town, but most are taxis that arrived here on boats. This make Livingston a much nicer town to walk around than many other towns in Guatemala, which are often grating with the blare of car horns and the choking clouds of black exhaust.
Livingston is most famous as the home of Guatemala’s Garífuna culture. The Garífuna are "Black Caribs" who are descended from 2 boats of African slaves from Nigeria that were shipwrecked in 1635 on the Caribbean island of Saint Vincent. The distinct Garífuna language is derived from the Carib culture.
It’s a multi cultural and etnic town where Indians (that came from India trough Belize), Queqchis (mayan origin) and ladinos live together creating a mix of cultures, traditions and origins. Working for the development of their Tierra de Dios (God´s land) as it´s called because of it's position protected by mountains and a very closed bay. This is the best hole for hurricane in the caribbean, never arrived hurricanes nor earthquakes in the last 200 years. Livingston is a place to soak up the sun and enjoy of a unique atmosphere only this town can give you.
It’s one of the safest places in Guatemala without crime. You can walk through the entire town feeling safe, is a town very apart from the rest of Guatemala and it makes it a reserved place.
