Your website is generating wonderful responses for my property in New Zealand. The other day I had a very genuine girl from Georgia trying to find an affordable location to transfer her family to. My house seems to be perfect for her and she is travelling down here to view in the next few weeks. (Plus do some skiing :-)

I am so happy about the response I have decided to actively list some of my other properties with you and I will even try to satisfy the market by introducing desirable country wide properties from other vendors. It seems the budget I need will easily be justified to do this. Who knows it may develop into something much bigger with a bit of luck and good management.

I like the ability to submit unlimited text - very few FSBO websites offer that, and quite a few limit the text rather severely. I like the ability to post as many as 30 photos in an ad - the highest I've found so far in other FSBO sites is ten.
