Very quiet rural area is up higher and has less heat and humidity than coastal areas and cooling breezes at night. Grocery, restuarants, stores, bank, gas in town. Rent has been reduced for lite duties to administrate gardener and tenant will be allowed small garden. Bus route on road outside property but for real mobility it's better to have an auto. Nice friendly expat community in area from US, Canada and some Europeans. Nice way to "try out" area and decide if you want to relocate permanently to area. You pay your own utilities. 6 month minimum rental please.
