South of Paris ) on 12.5 hectares with wood, two lakes for
fishing, restaured old breadoven, micro-brewery, big place of 90 m2 for all types of activities (seminares ... )

five comfortable rooms and two holiday houses ( one of 135m2
for 8 people, the other 45 m2 for four people.

Possibily of B§B and diner : all meals are based on products from the farm (different animals, vegetables and
fruit).

Very nice regio for sport, a lot of historical buildings,
prehistoric caves, industrial archeologie, excellent gastronomie and a beautifull nature.

We organise also for groups themes : dancing (ballet, tango ...), visits of castles, walking, trips with bicycles ...


Rent price is based on B§B + dinner (four plates + wine included ) for two people sharing the same room.
