It is on the ground floor with two huge windows (secured) in the inner paved courtyard. This big courtyard is calm and bright. Fully renovated, it is decorated with the warm colors of Provence (red and yellow). The configuration is a big room with a kitchen corner and with a shower room (wc separated). The renters will benefit from the washing machine and a “state of the art most comfortable” sofa bed (opening and closing with a minimum of handling!). Another single one is also at disposal. The apartment is available year round and fully furnished (linens, tv, phone, dinning/cooking ware…). Everything in it is brand kitchenette is also fully equipped. It is a very cute studio which could accommodate 2 people (eventually 3 max). With 3 meter high wood beam ceilings and “tomettes" on the floor as well as part of a the wall in stones.
