Walk the beach avenue, walk the endless beaches, go para-sailing, go fishing, rent a Sea-Doo for an hour, take a 10 minute glass bottom boat ride to Roquetta Island for the day. And in the evening take a party boat cruise of the bay. Later watch right from your balcony the frequent weekend fireworks displays from dinner and wedding parties ringing the bay.

We purchased our condo in 2006 from the former owners, a medical doctor and his wife, through a listing in Viviun International Properties just like this one. We transferred the selling price to the owner's account via bank wire transfer and the title transfer completed smoothly within a few months with the expertise of our licensed Acapulco notary public. We have had a wonderful time there since then. We have made lifelong friends with other owners from around the world. You wouldn't know it but some of the owners are quite wealthy, having chosen this unique location over all others.
