Our own CONCEPT for the three-bedroom / Studio Villa is two distinct designer buildings in a similar style that would blend together to form one prestigious VILLA. Located on a green hilltop possessing the perfect perspective to the horizon, the character home affords fantastic views across Sparrow Bay, far beyond uninhabited Sandy Island, Maybouya Island, Cistern Point and towards Chapeau Carré in the southwest.

JACKADAM shares the same private double-entrance off the public roadway as the former Inn but has its own long, level driveway leading to the property. A shared 14-foot private roadway, running down the owners' northern boundary, adjoins a 'green avenue' and wide gateway stepping onto the beach nestled within a secluded sandy cove. A convenient footpath below the villa, cut into the hillside, provides a shorter way to the COVE.

Sitting on the curve of a gently sloping hillside, the property overlooks moon shaped Sparrow Bay across the uninhabited islands as far as Cistern Point. A rare and intriguing little paradise perched below the majestic backdrop of High North - a gem in the Grenadines that can only be described as a rare island discovery.

The TOWER ROOM has already been converted as a family room or rental to form an individual self-contained STUDIO with an open-plan kitchen and outside porch, shaded by mature coconut trees that lend a cool ambience for al fresco dining. With a second 'pavilion' beyond the porch, the STUDIO could revert to its original use as the master bedroom. 'JACKADAM' with its exposed green heart beams and cathedral ceiling are adjacent to the two master bedrooms on a slightly higher level. Both suites have unusual, angled walls. 'Jack-a-Dam' is approached along the front elevation on a quarry-tiled ramp, stepping up onto a wide purple heart deck. The third suite is independent and has its own outside greenheart stairway on the end elevation.
