Owners are now in their 70's, and ready to retire. Both businesses are owned by our Fiji corporation. We are selling everything as a package: company, resort, freehold land, lease land, fixtures, inventory, good will, vehicles, boats, dive gear, fully-stocked restaurant, etc.

We have an excellent staff of 21 employees who have expressed an interest in staying on with the new owner. Owners will provide help with the transition. We have been profitable for the last 4 years, after re-investing all earnings back into the business. We built the resort using family savings, so there is no long-term debt.

Resort bures, restaurant, pool, and owners' home are on freehold land. We also lease 8 acres adjacent to the resort, which could be used to add more bures. We installed an alternative energy system when we built, using solar, wind, and hydro to power the resort. We now have mains power from Fiji Electric Authority hydro plant, so we added air con to all buildings, with generator as backup.

We have completed a new, 2 bedroom/2 bath owners/managers' unit, so the villa shown on the masthead will be available to rent. It was formerly the owners' unit. We may finance a portion of the sale price with 1/2 down payment. Owners will consider selling the businesses separately to qualified buyer(s).
