Recently constructed, this lodge has been offered to our club as an exclusive listing to promote, sell, and / or manage. An option might be a 15% development interest for US$ 75,000; US$ 25,000 Down and US$ 2,000 per month. Andetur International's Club members have committed to purchasing a portion of the shares of the club. Our interest, as we have clients and local administration in place, would be to market and manage the lodge for either 'absentee owners' or investors interested in getting involved in the evolving tourism business in the Amazon region of Brazil.
