How to get there?
From the beach:
Head South from Mazatlan to Teacapan. Before you get to town you will see the sign on the right for La Tambora… right down that road.
Simply go to La Tambora Restaurant and Bar on the beach and go South on the beach exactly 1.2 miles. The two-track road is right behind the fishing shack… for the planted palm trees in the picture on the side of the road behind the fishing shack. The white cement pipe in the picture is the markers from the surveyor so there will never be any confusion. Your lot is the fourth lot in. The two-track road shown in the picture is a legal egress regress to the main highway, there is another planned road behind all the lots for access, it is not there, but the legal right is there.
From the road:
Coming from Mazatlan it is the last dirt road before you turn into La Tambora… turn right… you look to the left you will see two giant palm trees and a metal structure that looks like it is the remnants of a greenhouse. In the rainy season, there can be big puddles, best to enter from the beach…but there is legal access from the main road to all the lots, there are about 30 designated lots, distinguished by the white short pole shown in the above picture. All the lots are legal lots with clear surveys.
