There is a 340 foot dock, a pool with a swim-up bar, and lots of beautiful mature vegetation including coconut trees and hibiscus. The dock has a sun deck, palapa, and boat lift. Beside the pool is a common area which has a dining area, kitchen, and full bath.
The resort is currently operating as an adult only establishment and the cabanas will each accommodate one couple comfortably. Each of the 8 cabanas has a queen-size bed, full kitchen, AC, and a view of the bay. One of the 8 cabanas has a loft with an additional sleeping area with a double bed. The resort can sleep 18 adults.
The owner/manager residence is a one bedroom house with a large master bath and large verandas on both the front and rear sides of the home. This allows for the optimum advantage of the bay breezes.
The resort has gas and electric appliances, access to village water, cable TV, and fiber optic internet service. There are bicycles and kayaks guests have access to during their stay. Being located on the bay, the resort offers guests availability to go on snorkeling and fishing excursions that are options with local guides. Also close by are several Mayan archaeological sites that are quite easy to access.
