16 years ago I traveled the jungles, mountains and national parks of Panama for 3 years, camping in my hammock and voluntarily losing myself in these spaces which for my life experience around the world, are my cozy nest where I feel comfortable and finally in complete harmony. So, when by the greatest of chances, coming out of the cloud forest I discovered this place abandoned for 8 years, I immediately saw there what I had always been looking for to settle down for a while and realize the most beautiful work, an autonomous place in perfect synergy with wild nature. What first fascinated me was the micro climate of which I immediately perceived the fundamental interest for a serene life: Like wrapping myself in the arms of this great nature the place was completely monastic and corresponded to this much sought-after peace. While this peace opened a grandiose spectacle of a view of the Baru volcano and the extraordinary dance of the clouds. The soil was cleansed so I could let my science and knowledge germinate a work of life. I had just sold my latest creation in Roatan, and I had before me the time and the means, I could let my mind experiment again with the art of living.

On 42 acres, at the edge of the Amistad national park and open to a magnificent view, this paradise which unites the earth and the sky, is a heaven of freshness offered by an exceptional micro-climate.

Here, silence leads to serenity. Wildlife, including the mystical Quetzal are the cradle of an inner peace which has become to be the only great luxury of our time.

It is a property that will be appreciated by family who wants to have a life refuge, hotel for detox, bird watching etc..., But obviously to develop a privileged place for which we already have luxury tourism agencies, with whom we work with other projects and who are really interested in detox or bird watching stays. Located at 5905ft elevation with spring-like temperature year-round, we are fortunate to own a rare high-altitude spring in the national park and enjoy pure water year-round. We have two other lower springs on the property.

The chalet is a wonderful creation absolutely unique in Panama, which took us four years to be realized in the purest tradition of the companions of duty from France. It has the soul of the hands which built with love inspired by knowledge, and with the respect dedicated to the most beautiful materials. Built with the most prestigious wood, from an ecological Indian reservation program supervised and certified by the World Wildlife Fund.

I am just finishing the three cabins, built in amargo, an extremely hard wood that I have been drying for ten years. Inside, cedar, softer tropical wood, mahagani and versaille floor, high end furniture and high end mattresses.

I am also finishing the kitchen and the dining room in an independent building, built mainly from Amargo-amargo, with an Amargo-amargo frame.

We are completely self sufficient in electricity with a very efficient new modern solar system (2021) with lithium battery.

We also have an excellent internet connection which allows the possibility to work online. On this subject if you have an online business, if you do finance or cryptocurrencies you will not pay any taxes in Panama for activities and profits generated outside the country.

We have enjoyed experimenting with 100% organic crops which have brought us to complete autonomy. Due to our activity the soil is black and rich and with the beneficial microclimate everything grows.

The farm can provide all that you want and need. We have people to know how to manage everything around.

Unique in the country, we have a large Macadamia plantation. The first were planted 12 years ago and are starting to produce. The Macadamia is a slow growing tree and it takes 15 years to be in full production, which will last 100 years. The Macadamia allows you to have an excellent oil on the spot, with the pulp a vegetable milk.

Our expectation is to distribute our production for direct sale, raw or transformed. Being alone on the market with a large lead, and a large market of wealthy people increasingly interested in local, organic and quality products, it will be easy to make our place the place acclaimed for its excellence, with all the benefit that goes with it.

We never were interested but the property is extremely favorable to grow the famous and very expensive Geisha coffee.

With this perfect temperature, a spectacular view and the integration to the cloud forest, it would be the ideal location or an ecological wellness center, and for that we have the environmental approval and the agro tourism certification, which permits to operate tourism below the agricultural regulations, with all the advantage.
