Investment is invited to construct and own a luxury multi-villa micro-resort development at a premium site on the main island of Turks & Caicos.

The site is already secured, and the property subdivision, Siteplan, and primary villa design are already approved.

The investment invited will be sufficient to cover costs for the land freehold, the villa construction, and the realtor & legal fees.

Investment funds sought will be escrowed and then released in stage payments pursuant to the certified completion of pre-set project milestones over the next 18 months or so.

The investor will acquire freehold title to the land and to the 8 luxury vacation villas thereon, which, research indicates, will then appreciate in value at 5 – 10% pa while generating rental income of approximately $500K per villa annually.

According to the Turks and Caicos Tourist Board, visitor arrival data indicates that stayovers/land-based arrivals for the first three quarters of 2022 surpassed 2019 levels by 15%. According to AirDND date, average rental rates increased 19% over the same period.
