It is located in a off grid community (full solar) of about 25 other palapas called Los Chonchos. It is a 38 years lease until 2060. Maintained fees are $3900 per year and there are NO other fees. It is remote, safe... and very peaceful! Everyone is very friendly. The palapa is open air and has two beds and a loft (with a bed) and comes completely furnished and ready to enjoy! Palapa has internet, hot water, fridge and cooktop. Chimo is the nearest village to go for food and supplies. It is an appx 45 min hike to town or you can hire the boat to take you. You will see whales, sea turtles (lay eggs on the beach), many other sea animals and a wide variety of birds. There are wild bananas and wild coconuts everywhere to enjoy!

They have laundry services available and will pick up and do laundry in near by town of Chimo.
