Reason for selling. Health. Just after we began construction of the concrete foundation and the electrical connection to the property with new transformer during 2022, a PET scan revealed cancer in two locations. One was in my appendix and was surgically removed immediately (emergency surgery) and the cancer was found to be malignant. Another cancer was also removed and it was also malignant. Doctors "said" they removed it all in both cases. I hope they did. I'm 82 years old now and have other medical issues as well and simply cannot continue with our dream project.
