2nd casita: This is a Den and guest bedroom. This bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with walk-in shower. Den is where the internet service is set up, and dresser holds games, cards, and puzzles. Den also has a bath with walk-in shower. A covered 2nd palapa with 2 basket egg patio chairs to cozy up in and read that book you never get to or have your 1st cup of coffee in the morning just in this spot.

3rd casita: Holds 2 separate and private master bedrooms, each with their own separate entries and each with their own baths. These bedrooms are the same. Both have king beds and are decorated very nicely. These 2 rooms also have mini-split A/C systems. They both have their own baths with walk-in showers. This casita has a screened-in 3rd palapa and furnished like a living room with great outdoor patio furniture. Another private sanctuary to get away or even check your email.

Next: Private play pool area: Plenty of chaise lounges to get that tan. Pool has a ramp and easy access! A nice place to cool off and do your water exercises.

Special features: Home was built for the handicapped in mind. No steps anywhere. Some bathrooms even have handicap-accessible vanities.

BEST PART: This home is truly on the ocean and has spectacular 180-degree ocean views. You can walk this beach for miles. You can walk to the El Tortugario Sanctuary & Laguna. Tours available - just Google it. We have seen turtles come up on our backyard to lay their eggs at night in the sand.

We see lots of birds, even fish in the "green waves," just as the top of the wave is crashing. Sometimes, even flying stingrays and whales with their little ones.

What a wonderful place. Very peaceful. Very quiet.

Ready to grab a bite? The quaint town is a short 8-minute drive, or you can walk on the beach the entire way - an approximately 45-minute walk.

You will definitely enjoy your time spent here, especially if you are looking to just get away from the crowds, the hustle and bustle, and/or your crazy work schedule. But, you can still be connected via our internet to check in and make everyone think you’re working your butt off!
