Transferring projects of port - Warehouse and Port - International Port Complex in Phu My Industrial Park Cai Mep Port.

2. 110,000sqm including 4ha of port and 7ha of warehouse - ship capacity 2000 tons.
3. 310,000sqm Inland Container Port Project has a construction permit.

Project basic scale:
1. The pier is 776m long including 3 piers - receiving ships with a capacity of 30,000DWT each.
2. Container stacking yard: 214,550sqm.

3. General yard (without stacking containers): 240,030sqm.

Projected plan in phases:
Phase 1: 01 wharf with a capacity of 30,000DWT
Port area: 188,000sqm (approved for 2019)

Phase 2 ( 2025 ): Construction and continued operation of a wharf with a similar capacity of
30,000DWT.

Phase 3 ( 2030 ): construction and exploitation of the remaining berths.

Juridical:
Got a certificate of land lease for international port investment for 50 years.

Approved the basics to carry out investment in international ports (such as river dredging, leveling,
fire protection conditions, ship size, etc.).

Current Status:
Completed leveling and leveling phase 1 (188,000sqm).
Connecting the road to the port project.

Location : belongs to Thi Vai River along the same branch as Cai Mep International Port but deeper.

Reason for stagnation: due to the economic situation after the establishment of the project
(specifically in 2009 the economy went down and the investor applied to extend the project until
