Established in 1966, it is the oldest running Chandlery Business in the Caribbean and has been serving the sailing, motor and super-yacht industry for a very long time.

Antigua Slipway Shipyard and Marina is a full-service shipyard and marina providing haul-out, refit, repair, maintenance, yacht storage and guardianship marine services to sailing and motor yachts.

HISTORY: Antigua Slipway is the site of the original 1725 Dockyard and forms part of the Antigua Naval Dockyard and Related Archaeological Sites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was the foremost naval dockyard for the British Navy in the Eastern Caribbean and closed as a military installation in 1895. Antigua Slipway Ltd. was established as a shipyard and marina in 1966 and continues to practice the trade today – 298 years later.

FACILITIES AT THE SHIPYARD: The Marine Railway haul-out facility at Antigua Slipway Ltd. is unique in the region, with a maximum haul-out capacity of two hundred (200) tons for vessels up to one hundred- and fifty-feet (150ft)length overall (LOA) x forty feet (40ft) beam x fourteen feet (14ft) draft.

For haul and launch and storage, the Brownell Hydraulic Trailer has a maximum haul-out capacity of thirty-five (35) tons for vessels up to fifty feet (50ft) LOA X twenty-four (24ft) beam x ten feet (10ft) draft.

Both Marine Railway and Trailer, to include the marina related services such as the fuel dock and dockage, provide for the perfect environment to to operate a chandlery year-round.

FACILITIES AT THE MARINA: The Antigua Slipway dock has power and water to accommodate vessels up to 200ft in LOA for short and long term storage with guardianship services. It's FUEL DOCK provided unlimited duty free diesel and gasoline bunkering services, to include water and pump-out.
