Quite new hotel complex with complete equipment. When furnishing the building, great importance is attached to the quality of the building materials, so only the best materials for the construction of the buildings were imported directly from Germany. All windows are from Schücco, i.e. double glazing and are suitable for the tropics. Switches and sockets are from Busch Jäger, Hans-Grohe fittings were used in the sanitary area. The sanitary ceramics (toilet and sink) were also imported from Germany. All rooms are air-conditioned (Samsung). The pool also comes from Germany.

The property is located in the Aluthgama lagoon, surrounded by one of the most beautiful mangrove forests in Sri Lanka. With the hotel's own boat you can go straight to the sandy beach from there. The journey takes about 3 to 5 minutes. The hotel complex is located right next to a small Buddhist temple, a little further from the main street Aluthgamas, so that you can enjoy the quiet of this place undisturbed.

The complex consists of the main building with 10 guest rooms, a restaurant, a pool and a massage pavilion. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a terrace. The rooms are fully mobilized, have a minibar and a safe. The kitchen and bar are fully equipped.
