Ocean View Lot for Sale in Caminho Do Alto Da Ribeirinha, Ribeirinha, Alto Da Ribeirinha, Guadalupe, Santa Cruz da Graciosa, Azores, Portugal

Plot of Land Facing the Ocean and Sunset

Asking Price: 35,000 EUR
Plot of land with 1006 square meters, facing west-south west, in front of the ocean (500 meters in a straight line from the Sea on Google earth), elevated at 142 meters above sea level.

The red House on the left is my own. The Plot has the possibility of construction up to 300 Sq meters, with a max of 6 meters, 2 floors of hight.

Water and power are available by the island Town Hall services, sewage has to be on the land via a septic tank.

Since i live on the right side facing the ocean, and i will be the neighbor i am looking for a quiet and peaceful buyer.

Graciosa Island its a special place, where almost nothing happens, its a good place for painters, writers, sea and quietness lovers and also great to go fishing, (something I still have to learn) or anyone looking for a quiet place. The island has 7x12 kilometers, 4000 inhabitants.

The only negatives are health care, very basic here, if one needs any medic exams, has to go of island or to mainland Portugal. Also the wind in the winter can blow quite hard at times with gale force.

Air temperatures wise the amplitudes are very small, in the Winter goes from 10/12º celsius minimum to 18/20º maximum. Summer from 18 to 26/28 º.

Sea water in the winter is around 16ª and in the summer around 22/24º. humidity goes up in the summer although humidity is all around the year (its a small island with at times some heavy rain).

It has a spa with a 37º sulfuric water great for bones and joint treatment/ baths either in the small communal pool (max 10 pax in) and private jacuzzi. You can check it at Termas do Carapacho Ilha Graciosa.

That's pretty much it. Please do call if interested and with any doubts. Graciosa Island is indeed a small Pearl in the Northern Atlantic, and it absolutely conquered me :)
