This property can only be described as a small paradise. It is conveniently located only 260 meters from the major four-lane highway CE-040, making the fourth largest city in Brazil, Fortaleza, only a 30-minute drive to the downtown area.

The entire 15,000 square meter property is fully surrounded by a 2.5-meter high brick wall and a new double-speed electric gate. Inside is a new garage and workshop building, also with remote control overhead door. Our front wall along the paved street is approximately 121 meters or 400 feet long.

Garage is equipped with a 7KW charger for electric cars/trucks, installed by professional electrician.

Home has three bedrooms and three full baths, large living room and large kitchen. All three bedrooms have 18,000 BTU Air conditioners. Kitchen has a 24,000 BTU Air conditioner. Home has full covered ceramic tiled porch area on the two main sides of the home, ideal for hammocks, plants, or whatever.

We installed 10 new solar panels of 585 watts each, total 5850 watts, and an 8000 BTU controller/inverter. We also installed six Lithium-Ion batteries of 200W each. We use the solar system as a backup power system (OFF-GRID) when there are occasional power outages. Also on full sun days, we power everything with it which reduces our power bill from the electric company. We switch it manually.

Home is furnished with one Simmons King Size bed, one Queen size bed, two refrigerators (One Samsung double door side by side and Electrolux double door top/bottom) and one large chest deep freezer. The third bedroom is set up as an office with two computers, separate monitors, and a third monitor for front gate security cameras. Also some shelves and radio equipment (I'm a licensed amateur radio operator). Child's bedroom has air conditioning, 42" wall mounted TV, and the queen size bed and private full bathroom. Master bedroom has the Simmons King Size bed and two chests of drawers, private full bath and air conditioning. Living room has two sofas, one reclining chair, and 65" wall mounted Samsung TV. Living room has private full bathroom for guests. Kitchen was newly installed in 2024 with all granite counter tops, built in oven and microwave, plus separate gas and electric cooktops. Kitchen table is made of pure pink quartzite and measures 1.20 mts.wide x 2.40 mts long.

The covered building, quincho, and bar area near the pool need some maintenance. It has two bathrooms.

We have many fruit trees here: six different types of mangoes including the Muscatel and Coite varieties, about 17 banana plants with about eight producing right now in May 2026, four starfruit trees, several caju trees, many coconut trees, and at least five or six other tropical fruits that we don't know the name of.

Included with the property is a new tractor with only about six hours on it—a 25 HP diesel, four-wheel drive model—along with a power rototiller, plus many other garden tools and shop tools, screws, bolts, and things too numerous to mention.

Also three large concrete fish tanks. One tank has thousands of young tilapias growing in it.

If you don't know about Fortaleza, it has the second largest shopping mall in all of Brazil, plus many other malls and home centers, very beautiful beaches, over 4,300 restaurants, and everything else you would expect to see in any large city.
