The early 18th century building has been recently restored. There is no elevator, but the foyer and the staircase are wide and well maintained. All rooms in the apartment open onto the courtyard below. This orientation ensures a quiet atmosphere and helps maintain a cooler temperature in warm weather.

This 550 sq. ft. vacation apartment is located on the third floor and sleeps 4 persons. 1 comfortable bedroom and a large bathroom with tub and shower. Linens and towels are provided. The well equipped kitchen is quite large and very gourmet friendly.
