It has a "mini kitchenette" with hot plate, small oven/broiler, 4.0 cu. ft. refrigerator and pantry. The room has A/C, cable TV, hot water and is only a 2-block walk to the Marriott, bus station, wonderful beaches and the windsurfing area. Convenient to most activities, restaurants, etc.

Location:-Bakval - This is one of Aruba's nicest residential communities located just across from the Marriott hotel. This area is exceptionally well located for the vacationer, only a two block walk to beautiful beaches by the hotels as well as the very quiet stretch of beach on the opposite side of the Marriott. A very short walk to the most popular wind surfing area. Only a few minutes ride to 'Restaurant Row', Tennis club, Golf course and eight minutes to town. Near by water sports, restaurants and horseback riding can be found. This is one of the best locations available in Aruba. The area is considered to be safe and quiet.

At the Airport Exit you turn left and drive through and past the downtown area "Oranjestad" and cruiseship terminals towards the high-rise hotels, following signs to the high-rise hotels and to the lighthouse. When you come to the traffic circles you will continue to go straight, and following signs to high-rise hotels. At the Marriott Hotel, you turn right into the local neighborhood. Go to the first street and turn right, go two more streets and turn right. The house, SC 25-A, will be the second house on the left, with a white wall fence with green trim and lots of palm trees etc. If you get lost, please go to the Marriott and call us. If you find yourself at the lighthouse you have gone too far!
