The village of Breil sur Roya lies NNE of Monaco at 50 km distance by road.
The village is situated in France close to the border of Italy, at 25 km from the coast and the beaches, and 35 km from the excellent ski resort Limone. It lies close to everything that the French and Italian Riviera has to offer.
There is a railway station at the village, with connections to Monaco via Nice and Ventimiglia.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen with practically every apparatus imaginable, 2 fireplaces, central heating, washing machine. The annex house has a bedroom and modern bathroom, barbecue and outdoor pizza oven. There are chickens too (so fresh eggs every day!), and of course a large swimming pool with outdoor shower. To be noted there is a very large television in the living room with "surround" sound system.
There are in total 4 double beds (1 king size) and 2 single beds.
