Sorry..is is now rented. 2 bedroom, 1 bath renovated, furnished casita overlooking town of Nuevo Arenal (about 5-7 kms from town) with Lake Arenal and Volcano views. Very quiet rural area is up higher and has less heat and humidity than coastal areas and cooling breezes at night. Grocery, restuarants, stores, bank, gas in town. Rent has been reduced for lite duties to administrate gardener and tenant will be allowed small garden. Bus route on road outside property but for real mobility it's better to have an auto. Nice friendly expat community in area
